Biography
I founded my firm, Worden & Carbitcher, with the mission of providing clients the kind of service I would want if I were the client. That means we listen, we return calls, we honor our word, and we work tirelessly to serve our clients. The result: A 16-year track record of satisfied clients and wins.
We serve clients all over Oklahoma. The firm handles many matters including nonprofit law, civil rights, victim rights, DUI Defense, Criminal Defense (including Federal Crimes), all types of Family Law and Expungement/Commutations/Post Disposition Relief. Our attorneys have a combined 45 + years experience in both state and federal court.
As founding attorney, I have received the designation "SuperLawyer" since 2015 and the Journal Record Leadership in Law Award.

Mistake
Hired Andrea Worden on a few criminal matters. Although she was very knowledgable and a stickler for details, she let her own opinions impair her judgement and did not do what she was hired and paid several thousand dollars to do.
