We hired Allyson Dow to represent us in a custody case. She knows the judges well and can give you great information to make informed decisions. Unlike some of the other attorneys we have used she actually get back with you in a timely manner. Case outcome was neutral, not great but not horrible. ... Nothing to do with her services, just the circumstances we were dealt. With that said, I would still use her again.

Allyson is an outstanding, very thorough, tough, but yet caring & friendly attorney. My case was for a protective order. I'm very confident that if you need to get a restraining order against someone, she's perfect. Restraining orders are tough & intense & she was right by my side. She was organi...zed & had everything in order. Of course, he denied everything. However, she came back with our best factual evidence & we were granted the protective order for 3 years. My few tips that I have learned from this: 1) be open & honest & tell your attorney everything. The more she knows, the more it helps. 2). Once you are threatened/harassed/stalked then report it immediately. I waited & they kept wondering why I didn't report everything when it occurred. It was hard for me to report it because I didn't know what he would do. I thought maybe that it wasn't as bad as it was. It's all confusing at a very confusing time & situations. You don't want to get that person in trouble. 3). Hire an attorney to help guide you during this very stressful time. It's very nerve racking & having an attorney by your side to present your case takes a huge burden off & eases your mind. I had a friend who filed for a restraining order against her soon to be ex-husband. She was granted a temporary restraining order, but the day of court she went but didn't go in because she was intimidated. Therefore, I strongly suggest hiring an attorney & Allyson is the perfect attorney.
