Replied last November 24, 2020This anonymous review was made by a mentally imbalanced woman who had to be removed from the law office by the police after creating a disturbance and refusing to leave. The allegations in the review are inaccurate and false. We sincerely hope this woman seeks the help she desperately needs from the mental health providers readily available in the area. It is sad that AVVO allows "anonymous" reviews to be posted to this site in the first place. Without taking any reasonable attempt to vet the allegations AVVO promotes and publishes defamatory statements. Publications of false statements such as the ones made by this mentally challenged woman, that are designed to defame and damage an attorney's reputation and livelihood, raises genuine liability questions that AVVO should seriously consider. Even a cursory look into my experience and background reveals that I have successfully litigated case in virtually all district courts in the State and Federal Courts including appellate state and federal courts up to and including the United States Supreme Court. I demand that AVVO immediately remove this "review" that is patently false.
