I paid him when I was around 5 months pregnant. My son will be 1 next month September. 1st his assistant informed me after MONTHS of calling that due to the covid-19 he had forgot to put me on the list of clients to call back. Then they when I can actually get them on the phone after weeks of calling... again I'm told " anything stacey does for you is out of the kindness of his heart since you still owe $500) that I had not been told or nothing had been said the whole year I'd been waiting for something. I finally get to talk to Stacey himself just for him to tell me that his assistant had not let him know that I had signed the needed papers. I SIGNED THEM WITH STACEY HIMSELF SO HE KNEW. I called Monday August 17th, 2020 He told me he was going to begin the outline I called back not even 20 minutes later and told them I would just like my return he then tells me that he already did the outline so he would have to take his fee out of my refund. a whole year later and all he did was a 20 minute outline so I asked if they could let me know what my refund would be. I waited a whole week with no answer when I called back Monday 24th, 2020 I still can not find out what my refund is. I asked if they was going to refund me or if I needed to take legal actions his assistant then hangs up on me and blocks my number and if I try to call on another number he does the same.
