Super unhappy with this attorney getting a Mineral Deed filed after a Transfer on Death Affidavit. A mistake in paperwork from the notary - that went unnoticed by the attorney - is leading to unreasonable delays in getting $ from the oil operators. For reference, Ms Egbert was contacted April 24 and... as of June 7 deeds still haven't been transferred. Anticipating another month (and payment period) at least.
