In my experience with dusti she has been a terrible lawyer . Dusti doesn't return phone calls or messages. On my last court date she called me for the first time to inform me she wouldnt b able to b at court due to something irritating her eye. I would not recommend this attorney to anyone. She handled my case in DHS court, was court appointed and I never got a call or advise before the court date(s). She just filled out the next court date in the order to appear and told me to work the programs required by DHS. I got more help through my ...caseworker and CASA than this attorney. But in the end I prevailed. She never smiled, was not friendly, nor encouraging during this painful process. Overall, her appointment was a waste of taxpayer money.
