David Kit Harp

We hired Mr. Harp for a disability case. He acted like everything was in order. We put our trust in him only to find out he was never prepared for court. He bold faced lied to me saying we were postponing our 2nd court date and I even clarified that it was postponed and not closed. He said it was jus...t postponed and we could resume it at a later date. Then a few weeks later we got a letter in the mail stating he closed the actual case. I recommend anyone needing an attorney to find a different one. Mr. Harp does not seem competent now that I have another attorney trying to clean up the mess he made out of my case.
