I went in and spoke to Jack Burns after speaking to him over the phone. I paid a deposit and felt the wait of the world was lifted off my shoulders. I made several more payments. I have called him numerous times and left numerous messages and Jack Burns never returns my calls. I wrote him a letter I ...still have never received anything from Mr Burns nothing at all. I have requested a refund because this man has done nothing for me nothing. I think this is unprofessional behavior on his part this took place starting in February I'll still call him and I never can reach him. So something that started out good turned into an awful experience for me and the man has my money and will not give it back to me. So I have contacted the attorney general's office I have contacted the law board and now I'm going to the Better Business bureau all the man had to do was talk to me and return my money. I feel like that he scammed me out of my money
