Biography
While I am a Public Defender in the 5th Judicial Circuit of Arkansas, I take private cases from all over Arkansas. Each case, whether private or public defender, deserves and receives the same thoughtful and deliberate consideration. I am not afraid to take a case to trial if that will bring justice to my client. My public defender work has provided me with tremendous opportunity for experience in many different types of criminal cases and with the contacts and reputation necessary to provide a strong, competent defense for my clients. I am primarily assigned to Johnson County felony cases as a public defender. Most of my private criminal defense cases come from Pope and the surrounding counties, but I have worked cases in places such as Baxter, Van Buren, Sebastian, Crawford, Franklin, Logan, Yell, Faulkner, Conway, and Perry counties, as well.
One of my passions is smoking up the best pork, ribs, and brisket you'll ever taste in your life, and, as you can see, talking about it whenever possible.
