Biography
Matt is a partner with the firm. His primary areas of practice are estate planning and probate, forming new corporations and LLC, business transactions and litigation, landlord/tenant (representing landlords), and creditors’ rights and collections.
Matt Fryar was born and raised in Royal, Arkansas, where he graduated from Lake Hamilton High School in 2002. Matt obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree in Agricultural Communications from the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville in 2006. He then went on to attend the University of Arkansas School of Law in Fayetteville and graduated magna cum laude with a Juris Doctor Degree in 2009.
Matt is a member of the Arkansas Bar Association, in which he has served as the Chair of the Young Lawyers Section and is a tenured delegate to the House of Delegates. Matt is an officer of the Springdale Rotary Club and is on the board of directors for Habitat for Humanity of Washington County, on which he serves as Treasurer. Matt was named to the NWA Business Journal Fast 15 and graduated from the 2010-2011 Springdale Chamber of Commerce Leadership Academy.

Great outcome for a collection case.
I found Matt on this site. We just had a basic suit on account case. We ended up getting all of the funds, including legal fees and finance charges, through garnishments. Communication was great through every step and estimates for services performed were right on.

Matthew kept me updated in a timely manner on my case. Gave me options throughout the case with advantages and disadvantages and repercussions that would follow. The case was resolved in a timely manner. Fees were fair and comperable to other private attorneys.
