Horrible communication, I had to do all the research and when I gave them information to notify the opposing side they sat on it for months before trying to serve them (which they obviously were away from that location by that time). They had SEVERAL clerical errors in their documents and didn't noti...fy me of issues that arose and I had to find out from the state and call them to get it handled.

I hired Mr. Pearson to work my custody case a few years ago. I had gathers mounds of evidence and this was my first time every dealing with going to court so i was unsure of what was needed. There wasnt much guidance on what he needed from me. When i did get him the info needed. He didnt use it. I wa...nted to fight for custody due to several reasons i wont list on here, and i thought that was what we were going to do. Unfortunately I didnt see any paperwork for our divorce until we got to court that morning and turns out he was friends with the opposing attorney and they had written up our decree as joint. Which was a shock for me. And i honestly was ok with the joint custody. But several things in the decree were in favor of one party and it has caused so many issues for our child. So be wary and shop around. Make sure you find someone who is willing to work with and for you and not for themselves.
