I have practiced law since 1979. I spent two years practicing law in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Then I returned to Arkasnas and spent two years as a corporate attorney at Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. (when Wal-Mart only had three attorneys in its Legal Department). Then in 1983, I joined my current law firm.

Business affairs
Handles Day to day business of my S-Corp. Prompt, thorough and very knowlegeable. He will investigate if necessary, and is very straightforward. He is also extremely reasonable in price, and only does what is asked. One of the best attorneys I have ever used. I have probably used over 10.
