Todd A Van Es

I was very pleased with the service received from Van Es Law Firm during my bankruptcy case. I was able to pay 1/2 down and another 1/2 at a later date which helped me out tremendously financially; also received a reasonable rate compared to other lawyers. With Todd's help in taking on my bankruptc...y case, I am beginning to recover not only financially but my credit score is increasing just like he told me it would!

My wife and her sister hired Todd Vanes aka " Todd Van Es" to see to my mother-in-laws estate. He told us it was a routine thing pretty standard. Quoted a flat rate said he'd get started right away. We paid a downpayment. Three weeks later after ignoring some communications he did what he said would ...be done at the end of the first week. Then he was paid the entire amount he quoted for the case. Later he talked like he was going to charge more money. He was inactive a lot. Blamed others for his short comings. Made us miss a closing date. Just one big headache after another. In the end they hired another attorney. Don't know if they will get any of their money back. Please if you need a lawyer get one that at least has an office. If they are like Todd you'll need a place to pin him down.
