I hired Burton with Hood & Stacy and he did an outstanding job handling my issue. If you need a good lawyer to come to your defense, hire Mr. Stacy.

We were dealing with a mountain of credit card debt as a result of a job loss and Mr. Stacy was able to negotiate the larger sums and get us back into a position of solvency.

Relationship: Worked together on matter
Over the last 20 years, i have been involved with Mr. Stacy on a variety of legal matters involving bankruptcy, debt collection and creditors' rights. I recommend him without reservation for these matters in Arkansas, Missouri and Oklahoma. He is a tireless advocate for his clients and a legal scholar in these areas of law. He has the unique ability to analyze complicated legal and business issues and condense those problems into simpler terms for clients. Most importantly, he can then find creative, cost-effective solutions to these problems. He is a trusted advisor and always willing to understand the concerns of a client, whether they be financial or otherwise. On top of his legal credentials, he is also a true gentleman in a field where that is becoming a rarer quality. I am delighted to call him a friend, trusted colleague and worthy adversary.
