Ben Roberds has aided me and my family in many legal matters, and I have always found him to be polite and well informed. Recently, he helped me resolve an estate settlement issue, and I felt both comfortable and confident in his advice and his performance. I was referred to Mr. Roberds by family friends. I read his reviews and decided to give him a try. I was very pleased. He was thorough, professional and easy to work with. the work was completed in a timely manner. His staff was also very pleasant and professional. I am happy with the results o...f my legal needs and will use him again.

I hired Ben to work my case, but it seemed he worked for the other side. He never returned any messages I left in his office when I dropped off payments weekly, he was very rude & would yell if I didn't seem to agree or understand his point. Ben quit in the middle of the case due to "communication", ...and It definitely was a communication error because he wouldn't respond to anything. His office sat on things and talked a lot with the other parties attorney, but just didn't seem interested in protecting his client at all. I constantly ask why he even took the case, but one thing i will never do is hire him. I do not recommend him for anything. He definitely has a "go-getter" personality when you first meet him, but after that it all wears off.
