After receiving her J.D. from the University of Arkansas in 2006, Heather joined the Sebastian County Prosecutor’s Office in Fort Smith as a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney. Shortly thereafter, she returned to Fayetteville and continued her work as a Deputy Prosecutor in the Washington County Prosecutor’s Office where she worked until joining the Law Group in 2015.
With over nine years of criminal and juvenile law practice, Heather brings a wealth of real-world knowledge, experience, and wisdom to guiding clients through the most difficult situations. Additionally, Heather has expanded the Law Group’s practice areas to include bankruptcy, domestic relations, and probate and estate planning.
As a dedicated Arkansas alumna, Heather donates more than 100 hours each year coaching the University of Arkansas School of Law Student Trial Advocacy Team. Heather successfully competed on the same team when she was in law school, and it was her work on that team that gave her the tools and confidence to be the successful trial attorney and client advocate she is today.
