Sammi Gene Wilmoth

When you pull up, it was very confusing where to enter from the parking lot. When I called to find out it was first in the basement and then later it was upstairs . I used Kenneth and then Sammi took over is what I was told. In two words very unprofessional. I consulted with Kenneth and he made me fe...el very small and uneducated. Cussing all of the time. My personal attorney suggested them but Kenneth complained and talked bad about my other attorney a lot. Then I was switched to Sammi. It was very delightful for the first meeting. She was helpful and explained things to me. But after this she became very rude and talked down to me. She wouldn't respond to my emails and calls for days. She argued with me the I was missing my bank statements but she had already put a check mark on them and have them back to me. When I showed her the pictures. She didn't apologize or anything. And I still had to bring them back in because they didn't scan them in. Over all she was not very helpful with the bankruptcy. Towards the end she didn't even do anything or keep me updated. I had to contact her for updates. Then after the bankruptcy was supposedly finalized it's like she dropped me or something. I got a letter saying it was finalized but it's possible not all items were declared. I emailed and called her two different times with no response still. My van was supposed to be in the bankruptcy but the some reason my van is waiting to be repossessed. This is very unprofessional and I would not recommend them to anyone.

Sammi Wilmoth represented our son in a Federal case in Washington County and was 100% satisfied with all of her services. I can't say I'm an expert on attorneys but I do have 5 in some sort of fashion. Not to mention the opposing attorneys. So I feel like I have a good basis for this review. Sammi is the best attorney in the state of Arkansas bar none in my opinion and I would put her up against any attorney in the ...country. If my life depended on an attorney I would hire Sammi. That says a lot in itself but what I can tell you is Sammi is an incredibly smart, no nonsense, honest attorney. That's right I said honest! She will flat out tell you the truth! Sammi has always been completely honest with me and because of that I truly trust her with my life. So if you're debating between Sammi and another attorney hire Sammi!

Sammi was terrific at every stage of my custody battle. From my first consultation to our settlement Sammi displayed knowledge, professionalism, and empathy with regards to the circumstances of my case. I was kept well informed and was always able to contact her for answers to my questions but never... felt she was trying to rack up billable hour as with attorneys I have used in the past. In fact if I had used Sammi years ago when my exwife and I divorced most of the current custody issues would not even exist. Sammi is the third attorney I have used over the course of 15 years in dealing with an illogical exwife and the only one I have been satisfied with. Sammi truly understands how to negotiate and can be very firm when needed. I feel like she took the time to understand the unique nuances of my case and and always showed up prepared and willing to represent my best interests. I highly recommend Sammi Wilmoth as a child custody or divorce attorney and will continue to use her in the future as needs arise. Her skill, professionalism, and knowledge are second to none. I hired her to represent me in a custody battle but feel I have gained a friend and adversary for both mine and my children's best interests.
