NEVER USE JANE SEXTON... Miss Jane Sexton was very happy to take my money. Jane Sexton told me that my case was very simple (prepare and file uncontested adoption papers) and could be handled without any problems. Thanked my veteran husband for his service and even offered a discounted price. After t...wo months of waiting to hear how my case was progressing I heard nothing from her office so I called to check. Jane Sexton secretary told me she would talk to Jane and send me an email on the status of my case. After waiting an additional two months I called her office and spoke to her secretary again asking why I had not received an email with an update to the status of my case. Her secretary was extremely rude and informed me that Jane had done nothing with my case and if I wanted to speak to Jane I would have to make another appointment with her(also pay consultation fee again). My husband then got on the phone and informed her that we would like the retainer fee back b/c she hadn't done anything on our case in the past four months. Miss Jane Sexton call my husband back and told him "I don't care that you are a vet who served our country I have bills to pay" I STRONGLY Advise you to seek another attorney.
