The best attorney you can find!

Thorough knowledge of the law and how to prepare cases. Uses little known facts to help win your case. He is incredibly smart, hard-working—all characteristics that lend to being a very successful attorney. In addition, he takes the time to listen to the facts to better help you in your case. Highly ...recommend!

Exceptional Attorney

I know Matt McCoy as a fellow member of the bar. He is, without question, one of the more astute and thoughtful attorneys I have worked with in my career. I have followed his work closely and, while in private practice, inherited work he performed for a client. Quite simply, I was extremely impres...sed with the work product that Matt produced on behalf of this client. Beyond his client service, I have also been personal witness to Matt's advocacy skills in a courtroom setting. He is logical, methodical, and results-oriented. When he makes an argument on paper or in the courtroom, he puts every bit of himself into the shoes of his client. Finally, I have also sought Matt's advice and counsel on an array of legal topics where his expertise in, for instance, litigation, labor/employment law, procedure/administration, and Arkansas statutory law far exceeded similarly situated attorneys. Indeed, he is a "go to" type of attorney in many areas. His greatest attribute to his clients is his practical and helpful advice given on a one to one basis. Without hesitation, I would seek Matt's advice again, as well as recommend him to handle any number of legal matters.

Fine litigator

Matt has one of the keenest legal minds I've met. If you seek an attorney who will zealously prosecute your case--both factually and legally--you could not find a better attorney.

Matt McCoy

Matt is an excellent attorney with whom I have worked many times over the last several years. During this time, I have seen characteristics in him that I have come to appreciate. First, Matt always demonstrates that his understanding of the law governing the case at hand. This is very importan...t to me as we decide our position. He also takes the time to explain the applicability of the law to our given situation, which is helpful in allowing me to follow the logic of any recommended action. Finally, one of my favorite traits he possesses is a very straightforward manner. He is not one whose habit is to hint around regarding his conclusions. I recommend Matt as an attorney as he has been a great asset to me personally and to my company.
