William David Mullen

Mr Mullen was fair to his clients and believed everyone had the right to a well fought defense. He had all the talent and charisma that a great attorney has, but he also knew the law to the letter and used that knowledge to the benefit of the client he defended. Mr. Mullen was also a real estate atto...rney and I believe it was his general area of practice as his parents and brother were realtors. That was another thing that made him a great attorney, he came from a good family of intelligent, caring, and good people that I had the honor of meeting many years ago. I had used Mr Mullen as an attorney for a traffic ticket (he beat it) advice on a home purchase, and for a POA and will for my father who had advanced memory loss for about 15 years. Mr Mullen assisted me with many legal aspects of care for such a situation. I wish I could thank him again for all his help. Sadly, Mr Mullen passed away far too young. He deserves a review however, if only for memory sake of his good works in the courtroom and in the community. I believe his family is still in real estate and development and I would recommend them as well.
