Even though he did get my husband his social security after approximately a year, the only thing he and his employees did were the interviews with the judges and things like that. They made us do ALL of the paperwork without any help and even though he said he "would come to us", he made my husband m...eet with him in his office. The only thing you are paying this guy for is his familiarity and communication with the judge. Other than that, he does NOTHING for you! And you must consider that you are giving him 25% of your settlement PLUS any costs he incurs for mailing off the paperwork, etc. He is SO NOT WORTH going to. Talk to other people and find a better lawyer. In this profile, he doesn't bother telling you about himself, his experience, he doesn't even put up his picture. The only reason I'm sure this is the correct lawyer is because I'm pretty sure he's the only David Throesch in Pocahontas.
