Inflated ego, poor social skills, very unorganized.
Louis really needs to tone down his ego and work on his people skills. He gave my wife such a hard time about some medical files he needed that he actually made her cry. At one point, he yelled at her, calling her nuts because she kept insisting she had indeed given him these files and he kept insist...

Frustrated
I finally had to change attorneys due to lack of communication and timeliness. I got tired of calling constantly to get an update on my case, yet I kept getting billed more and more above what we discussed.
