I paid the so-called attorney $5,000 cash to defend my son after he went on a rampage breaking his ex-wife's arm and other things I have contacted his office until they discontinued their phone I ended up having to pay another lawyer another $5,000 I have turned him in to the bar association of Arkan...sas for false representation and taking money with no intent to return after a no-show in court if you have any intentions of hiring this man I would think again cuz she's just going to take your money

I’m a legally blind single father of 4, I sent Calvin 3 referrals who all hired him, with that being said I then attempted to hire him, I paid $500 on a retainer with the total balance being $1,500. After Calvin was arrested and charged with domestic battery I called to get a refund for the $500 I ha...d paid and was told NO. I never signed any agreements and he failed to even show up for my court date stating the retainer wasn’t paid. He provided absolutely NO service he never even entered his appearance, and I had to find out from the prosecuting attorney, the day of court that he was jailed and charged with domestic battery. I’m fully disabled, and after calling for two weeks straight I’ve been put off and put off and told I was not getting a refund. I have screenshots of everything and will gladly provide those to anybody who asks I would not recommend him whatsoever. He’s a liar and a thief, and obviously likes beating on his family members.

Me and my son hired Mr. Harrell for his criminal case and Divorce. The criminal case Mr Harrell done nothing on but gave us the run around when we call none of our calls were returned, he canceled every appointment we made to talk to him. When we did finally get to talk to him he knew nothing about... the case. The divorce is still going on over a year now and we know no more than we did when it started. Mr. Harrell can not even take care of the clients he has and still I watched him keep taking on more and more client. Does not even acknowledge you in court, does not at all return calls. I could say alot more but I think you got the just of it. I would not recommend him for anyone no matter what your problems are.

My brother, who is incarcerated. Reached out to me for contact, with Mr.Harrell. I called the office multiple times, only to be redirected to another location. Finally, I reach the Jonesboro office. The first few calls I made, the answer was "Hello." I wondered if I was even talking to a Law Firm. ... I was then told, zero information could be shared with me, even with a notarized power of attorney letter. She then exclaimed that if my brother or myself, wanted to mail ANYTHING to Jonesboro. That Jonesboro was the place to mail things, to be LOST IN THE MAIL. My text messages, were ignored for quite some time. Finally I get a conversation and phone call. After 1 month of my brother and I trying to reach him. My brother and I were excited, about the call. Final messaging read, he says you have information on his case which I need to get this taken care of. I say, I will look 1st thing in the morning. I recieve a call from my brother, exclaiming he had mailed all the information which Mr.Harrell asked me for, 2-3 weeks prior to this message from Mr.Harrell. I then exclaimed to Mr.Harrell that, I had no time for games. The only thing I could do about the situation, was leave a negative google review. If he had no intrest or time to help my brother. At that point which I was threatened by Mr.Harrell, that he was emailing my messages to the prosecuting attorneys office and our consulting with each other has ended. He would deal with my brother only. So, this being said. My brother can expect ignored phone calls, "LOST LETTER TO JONESBORO. The chance of having 1yr removed from his sentence. The possibility of being released early, to help care for our dying mother with terminal cancer. If I could give zero stars. I definitely would. My opinion, he shouldn't be allowed to practice as a public defender.
