Calvin Francis Harrell III

Me and my son hired Mr. Harrell for his criminal case and Divorce. The criminal case Mr Harrell done nothing on but gave us the run around when we call none of our calls were returned, he canceled every appointment we made to talk to him. When we did finally get to talk to him he knew nothing about... the case. The divorce is still going on over a year now and we know no more than we did when it started. Mr. Harrell can not even take care of the clients he has and still I watched him keep taking on more and more client. Does not even acknowledge you in court, does not at all return calls. I could say alot more but I think you got the just of it. I would not recommend him for anyone no matter what your problems are.

My brother, who is incarcerated. Reached out to me for contact, with Mr.Harrell. I called the office multiple times, only to be redirected to another location. Finally, I reach the Jonesboro office. The first few calls I made, the answer was "Hello." I wondered if I was even talking to a Law Firm. ... I was then told, zero information could be shared with me, even with a notarized power of attorney letter. She then exclaimed that if my brother or myself, wanted to mail ANYTHING to Jonesboro. That Jonesboro was the place to mail things, to be LOST IN THE MAIL. My text messages, were ignored for quite some time. Finally I get a conversation and phone call. After 1 month of my brother and I trying to reach him. My brother and I were excited, about the call. Final messaging read, he says you have information on his case which I need to get this taken care of. I say, I will look 1st thing in the morning. I recieve a call from my brother, exclaiming he had mailed all the information which Mr.Harrell asked me for, 2-3 weeks prior to this message from Mr.Harrell. I then exclaimed to Mr.Harrell that, I had no time for games. The only thing I could do about the situation, was leave a negative google review. If he had no intrest or time to help my brother. At that point which I was threatened by Mr.Harrell, that he was emailing my messages to the prosecuting attorneys office and our consulting with each other has ended. He would deal with my brother only. So, this being said. My brother can expect ignored phone calls, "LOST LETTER TO JONESBORO. The chance of having 1yr removed from his sentence. The possibility of being released early, to help care for our dying mother with terminal cancer. If I could give zero stars. I definitely would. My opinion, he shouldn't be allowed to practice as a public defender.

My case was very complicated and difficult. I was terrified about the whole thing and a friend of mine referred me to Mr. Harrell. He immediately eased my anxiety and really listened and cared about my situation. He thoroughly explained the process and kept me updated the entire time. On the day ...of court he arrived early and sat with me the entire time. Thanks to his amazing work, my charge was dropped and case was dismissed. He even walked me to my car after the case. This man is highly skilled and he truly cares about his clients. I would reccomend him to anyone for any type of case. He works hard, he's prepared and he cares. I will continue to request his services for any legal matter. He's the best in town.

Do not use him he lies and just talks circles. He told us he was an immigration lawyer but has no experience at all. The judge fired him and told us to look for another lawyer, yet he kept acting like he was right and knew everything. None of the information he sent in on my case was the same as wha...t I gave him. Then when we tried to talk to him about it he yet again talked circles saying nothing but BS.
