Alvin this is Mr. Hunt in Marianna. The Committee allowed two attorneys to sue my dead mother in-law and then allowed another to file a motion dismissing her heirs declaratory judgment motion claiming they were not served with the summons and complaint. look at OPC Case # T 2021- 424 and 425
