I have handled hundreds of Social Security Disability cases, and dozens of other kinds of administrative law cases in my career. My current administrative law caseload is almost entirely Social Security Disability.
I handle a limited number of cases involving discrimination on the basis of age, race, and gender. I also handle cases involving discrimination on the basis of religion.
I have handled many motor vehicle accident, truck accident, medical negligence, products liability, and other personal injury cases. I work with other lawyers on these cases.
39 years, 100 cases
I have been practicing law in Little Rock since 1983. I am married to Helena McGill Schulze, to whom I have also been married since 1983. We have two sons, Christopher and Benjamin, both of whom are working in the computer field.
I am an amateur linguist who practices law for a living. The only second language in which I am fluent enough to do business is Spanish, but I know a smattering of a few other languages.
My favorite area of practice is appellate law. I also enjoy working with expert witnesses on scientific issues. I do a lot of Social Security disability and personal injury litigation. I also do some civil rights work from time to time.

Relationship: Fellow lawyer in community
"Gerry is a well-respected appellate lawyer in the legal community. We recently worked together on an appellate CLE program that he organized for the Arkansas Bar Association. I appreciate the insight Gerry shared at the CLE program concerning his vast experience as an appellate attorney."

"Gerry is a "lawyer's lawyer", incredibly knowledgeable in his fields of practice and pretty much everything else. I have worked in the same firm with Gerry, and he was the one lawyer that everyone consulted if they had a question about the law or procedure. We both have our own firms now, but he is still someone I call on if I need to be pointed in the right direction on an issue."
