I would recommend Rebecca Winburn in a Heartbeat!!!!

I cannot begin to say enough good things about this professional, compassionate, and kind lady. I sent an email on a Sunday, called Monday morning to follow up, fully expecting to talk to an receptionist and leave a message for maybe a junior partner or assistant. I was then transferred and the voice... on the other end answered, "Hi, this is Rebecca. How can I help you?" I was so impressed with her knowledge, experience, and concern! The fact that she would stop during her busy day (a Monday even!) and spend time answering my questions was just astounding to me! I am planning to retain her in the near future and cannot imagine considering anyone else! I would strongly recommend her to anyone! I just hate to share the fact that she is so incredible because once the word is out . . . . :). I'm indebted to her more than she knows, just for her kindness and taking the time to talk to me. And she had answers too! I definitely want this lady on my side!!!

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
