This is someone I wish I had fired immediately, but I ignored my instincts. Rude and dismissive from day one. She missed a crucial workers’ comp benefit in my case and had the nerve to tell me I had no disability claim — something another well-known law firm disagreed with entirely. This was espec...ially frustrating considering her listed practice areas are workers' compensation and personal injury, not Social Security Disability. In my opinion, she overstepped her expertise and spoke with misplaced confidence rather than facts. She’d tell me one thing, then say another later, and strongly encouraged me to accept a low offer that didn’t reflect the severity of my situation. It felt like she just wanted the case closed, not what was actually best for me. Multiple people have since told me they’ve experienced similar behavior, and based on other reviews, I’m clearly not the only one. Can’t recommend.
