Matthew David Mentgen

Matthew Mentgen received his Juris Doctorate with High Honors from William H. Bowen School of Law in 2008 and was admitted to the Arkansas Bar the same year.  Since then, he has exclusively practiced bankruptcy law. Matthew chose Bankruptcy Law because he strongly believes EVERYONE deserves a second chance.

Matthew moved to Little Rock in 1999 from Memphis, TN.  He is proud to call Arkansas home.  When he's not working, Matthew loves to spend time outdoors.  He is an avid gardener and hiker. "If my office could be set up outside, it would be," says Matthew.  He has two daughters and spends much of his time taking them on day trips to explore the beauty of the Ozarks. 

Matthew also has a passion for music and theater.  He has been extremely active in the Little Rock theater scene working at multiple theaters in the area.  He's done just about everything from directing and producing to building sets and acting.  He is also an accomplished pianist and has accompanied and musically directed many productions.
