Trevor Townsend’s practice focuses on protecting the rights of consumers and employees. He is currently an associate attorney at Holleman & Associates. Before joining Holleman & Associates, he served in the general counsel section of the Arkansas Department of Human Services, where he represented the Department at the administrative, circuit, and appellate court levels.
Trevor also gained valuable experience in employment law while in law school where he participated in the civil clinic. During this time, he helped successfully litigate cases involving violations of the Fair Labor Standards Act and the Minimum Wage Act of Arkansas. He also volunteered on numerous projects involving worker’s rights, including conducting legal research and fact investigations in Arkansas on behalf of
out-of-state counsel involved in multidistrict wage-and-hour litigation.
Trevor is admitted to practice before all state and federal courts in Arkansas.
Trevor attended the University of Arkansas School of Law in Fayetteville where he graduated cum laude and was a member of the Arkansas Law Review. Before going to law school, he taught English in Seoul, South Korea for two years. In his free time, he enjoys traveling, hiking, and kayaking.
