Spent a ton - she will do everything she can to keep you talking for sure - because she is charging you for every second. Detected that she wasn't really believing in my side. She is convincing that she is - but if you are an underdog trying to stand up for something that is not right.... she won't ...have your back. I got nowhere and have basically lost any relationship I had - I expressed that the agreement wasn't going to work... the other side just spent time twisting everything to try to make me look like the problem. Terribly sad for our family and the child. She will settle, she won't fight.

Not only was she NOT on HER clients side , but she did not listen to anything the client was telling her...WHICH WAS THE TRUTH. She judged HER OWN CLIENT in a negative manner - not by ALL OF THE DAMNING EVIDENCE AGAINST THE DEFENDANT in which Heather didn’t EVEN USE in court!?! I am absolutely BLOW...N AWAY by her AWFUL job as an “attorney!!” Yes- she should have been fired & replaced FROM THE BEGINNING... but “her client” had already spent SO MUCH MONEY with Heather - The client figured - Heather was just doing her thing & would show up & show out in actual court... but NOPE. Heather used NONE of the evidence that absolutely spoke for itself & was absolutely necessary for clients case!!!!! Literally unbelievable. I mean how can you defend someone & not even be on their side?! I do NOT recommend Heather if you ever want your kids.

I will try my best to make this short. However Dec 13, 2013 will forever be a date I remember. Heather you are truly amazing. I remember this custody battle like the back of my hand. After losing the emergency hearing which you said we would if she had paid her fine. I lost faith when we lost the em...ergency hearing but you pulled me to the side and explained the next steps in the process. You calmed me down and showed me the way. Fast forward two months later our court date got pushed back because of her lawyer twice. You wrote a letter to the judge and we had an all day hearing/trial or whatever on 12/13/13 from 9am to 6pm breaking for an hour lunch. I have never seen you and Michelle in action before and my goodness what a sight to witness. You two had my child’s egg donor, ok I’ll be nice mother crying and admitting to the court that she was a bad mother. You guys prepped me and had me ready for everything her attorney could possibly say or do. On that day I walked out of that court room with my son in my arms. You and Michelle have kept in contact for the last 6 years and that’s rare in a lawyer. However like Michelle said we are now family. I am forever in your debt and couldn’t thank you enough for the outcome of that custody battle. Thank you thank you and thank you for your hard work and dedication to individuals and fathers such as myself not only get a fair shot in a custody battle but winning it altogether. You rock Heather!!!!!

Heather did an exceptional job in my case. She completely guided me throughout the whole process of my divorce case. She was honest with me and told me my chances were slim when I asked for supervised visitation for my kids. She is such a caring attorney.
