Destiny L. McHughes

My name is Destiny McHughes and I am the owner and Managing Member of Destiny Law Firm, PLLC. I worked for the McHughes Law Firm in third party debt collections for 20 years. A few years ago I decided that I needed to be in a position to better help people with their legal problems. Hence, I went to law school and recently graduated from UALR Bowen School of Law. After passing the Arkansas Bar Exam, I opened my own firm. We are a boutique firm that caters to a variety of legal needs. I have a long-standing history of community outreach and I thoroughly enjoy helping fellow members of our community. I volunteer regularly and even started a Mentor program at the local juvenile detention center. It’s important to me to be able to help others and guide our youth to a better path and better opportunities in life. Similarly, it’s important to me to be able to help and guide my clients through what can be some of the most difficult times of their lives. I value professionalism and always have a genuine care for my clients and their legal issues. Moreover, I’m honored to have Josh E. McHughes and Rebecca J. Denison serve as Of Counsel to the firm. Both Josh and Rebecca have a combination of over 75 years experience in the practice of law. This means that we are fully capable of competently handling a wide array of legal issues for our clients, including family law, divorce, guardianship issues, and more.
