Excellent Attorney

Most experiences people have with lawyers are bad. No one calls an attorney because things are so great that only a lawyer could make them better. By the time an attorney gets involved, matters have deteriorated to the point you cannot handle them by yourself anymore. They do not h...ave to get worse. I had the misfortune to need legal services due to a hit and run accident. Tim Cullen turned out to be just what I needed. He is an excellent attorney who knows what it takes in the Arkansas judiciary system to get the job done. Attributes I particularly appreciated in Mr. Cullen were: His patience with me, His perseverance, His knowledge of the law, His deep understanding of right and wrong, His strategic skills, and, His fair pricing practices. I will use him again should I ever need an attorney and highly recommend him to anyone in the position to have to call a lawyer.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
