cannot speak for other attorneys at this office. I highly recommend avoiding any dealing with Joel Hoover. We paid him for a service in which he never completed and completely stopped responding to calls or emails. When I say stopped I mean he never so much as told us he wouldn’t finish the job, or... even an acknowledgement, or to say he no longer had an interest in the case. Just flat ignored. This has been months and to this day we’ve still never even gotten any kind of response. I have zero interest in talking down on this person, however, typically when an attorney is hired it is for a reason than needs such assistance. We are still going through a very litigious lawsuit with a large company that needed the help he assured us we would get. My goal is to inform others, be warned. The only thing I will say in regards to the firm as that if they knowingly employ people like him then it’s tolerated and looks poorly on their behalf. Obviously we will never recommend Joel or his firm to anyone other than an opposing party knowing they will not fare well with him leading the action.
