Frank Falkner joined Dilks Law Firm as an assocate October of 2018. Frank H. Falkner graduated cum laude from the University of Wisconsin with a B.S. in Education in 1997. He received a Juris Doctor, summa cum laude, from the University of Arkansas School of Law in 2004, receiving the High Academic Achievement Award for first in his class. He was a Law Clerk to United States District Court Judge Robert T. Dawson of the Western District of Arkansas (2004-05). Mr. Falkner has twice been named as a Mid-South Super Lawyers Rising Star. Mr. Falkner practiced with Rose Law Firm from 2005-2015, as a solo practitioner from 2016-2018, and recently joined Dilks Law Firm and practices in the areas of bankruptcy and debtor creditor realtions
