If I could give zero stars I would. Mr. Smith handled an automobile accident for me and I never received any updates until I called. It was only then he would take any action. This is at least a month or two a time. Only after complaining about his lack of efforts did he then attempt to get me to set...tle on a low-ball offer from other parties insurance company. He insisted this was the best offer because he was tired of me calling attention to his lack of professional ism. After pressing further, I received two additional offers.
