Mark Sexton, Hosto & Buchan CROOKS!!!!

Attorney Mark Sexton with Hosto & Buchan are crooks who take people who have already agreed to settlement. They had me sign an auto debit form on my bank account then after a couple payments said I defaulted on it and go yet another judgement against me for the full amount when they failed to make th...e deductions from my account! They have me on tape authorizing them to take the deductions but they didn't. Then they tried to say it was my account that was short but my bank confirmed that I was never over drafted and no deductions were ever returned - Mark Sexton and Hosto & Buchan failed to take them! That way they could get paid from UniFund for a 2nd and 3rd time of having to go to court against me! That's right! They did it to me twice! When I have NO ASSETS for them to collect! That's why they are simply racking up billable hours to their client at the expense of my life being ruined!!!! Someone needs to pull Marks License!

This lawyer stalked a person with mental disabilities and PTSD by stalking 1 mile from her home over bogus charges

Credit cards were paid to Capital one before 2005-hence statute hello. He turned around and attempted to collect erroneous late and overlimit fees though was clearly warned by two physicians to continue to drive and survey this permanently disable women would make her condition worse. At time she was... going through death of father who disinherited, double mastectomy and flood. She has photos of his license plates of employees and even his wife at her doctors office which she attended twice weekly. SHe has no assets and dealt with a fema flood and easement issue with Metro who were extremely difficult. Judge was informed of malicious harrasment an and ask for dismissal. Instead he gave summary judgement to Mr. Sexton based on 100 pages of blank evidence. Amazing. He also proports to be an Arkansas lawyer though he lives on Liberty Pike in Franklin and appears weekly in metro Circuit Court. Lets hand it to our legal system here in Davidson County and bottom feeding mean people like Mr. Sexton. By the way his property is listed under "Marc Sexton" in Franklin if even one cres to give him some of hi oen treastment. He has violated so msanyy rules and no discipline. It is absurd. His wife Natalie is the one who followed the defendent. He practices on Wst End across from Krogers in Belle Meade and drives a goldish suburbasn with Williamson County tags. He lives one mile from the defendent he hsa begun stalking asgain. Can anyone do anything about this unethical behaviour??
