Hope to never have to hire a lawyer again!

Hire this firm if you want to be ripped off.. and if you want a case that should only take several months to be dragged out for years costing you thousands and thousands.. eventually having everyone in the whole firm working your case unbeknownst to you since they don’t send monthly bills as is promi...sed…and if you complain he will quit and throw a lien on you.. $$$ is his priority!

Dirtbag and Slumlord

Have been paying rent for 9 mos on apt in Hillcrest owned by Foster. Two words describe this "man": Dirtbag and Slumlord. The place is a "dump". Broken Windows, water seeping up from foundation, black mold, ceiling about to fall in. Mr Foster cares only about collecting rent. He owns 26 dwellings an...d each is worse than the last one. I don't know how the "man" can sleep at night .. Probably on a mattress stuffed with $$$. Whatever you do don't rent from this man. Repairs won't be made and he refuse to cooperate.
