With 20 plus years in the construction industry, Larry's knowledge of and experience with every aspect of commercial, industrial, and energy projects make him an invaluable asset.
Larry has worked as an attorney for a large law firm and as corporate counsel for one of the largest engineering & construction companies in the world, providing legal counsel for local, national, and international projects and construction disputes. He is a panel American Arbitration Association Arbitrator & Mediator. Larry has extensive legal experience with construction litigation, construction claims, consulting contracts, design agreements, construction contracts, project finance, supply agreements, project counsel, construction business and tax matters, and construction regulatory, licensing, and lien matters. Larry also provides legal counsel on contract structures for large projects, including project delivery methods (design-bid-build, design-build, construction manager, EPC & EPCM). As one of the only attorneys in the State of Arkansas who has worked on public-private partnership transactions deals and project development, Larry supplies administrative and transactional guidance to clients on public-private partnership projects.
In addition to construction law matters, Larry also provides general corporate law and OSHA legal services, such as compliance counsel and citation representation & appeal counsel. Larry is publishes often in construction publications, is a corporate contract advisory attorney for LexisNexis, and is an adjunct professor of construction law at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock School of Law.
