This lawyer was disciplined by a state licensing authority.
This means the attorney did something wrong, but the Bar did not suspend the lawyer. Typically in this case the lawyer's poor behavior is exposed to the public in hopes that he or she will not repeat the behavior.
This means the attorney lost his or her license to practice law for a period of time. The attorney typically returns to practicing law when the suspension expires.
A caution means that an attorney did something wrong, but may still practice law. The attorney was cautioned in hopes that he or she will not repeat the behavior. Details of the infraction are made part of the public record.

He has handled five different cases for me. An appeal with Social Security he was helpful in showing me the correct form to complete and it was granted. He wrote a letter on my disability retirement, it was granted. He represented in a trial, he forgot all paperwork I gave him at his office. Didn't speak up for me, we lost. He supposedly appealed it's been two years, I have heard nothing. My present case, he gave no helpful advice as my counsel, got mad because I would not agree to settle to the terms the opposing party wanted, and yelled at me and told me he was not appealing this case. Poor customer relations. Veterans do not use this man.

He attempted to extort money out of me after I did all of the work on my VA claims after he lost his VA accreditation for unlawful practices.
