He has handled five different cases for me. An appeal with Social Security he was helpful in showing me the correct form to complete and it was granted. He wrote a letter on my disability retirement, it was granted. He represented in a trial, he forgot all paperwork I gave him at his office. Didn'...t speak up for me, we lost. He supposedly appealed it's been two years, I have heard nothing. My present case, he gave no helpful advice as my counsel, got mad because I would not agree to settle to the terms the opposing party wanted, and yelled at me and told me he was not appealing this case. Poor customer relations. Veterans do not use this man.

Do Not Hire This Lawyer

He attempted to extort money out of me after I did all of the work on my VA claims after he lost his VA accreditation for unlawful practices.

A lawyer who will go to work for and is not scared of the system, to get a indiviual what is due to their living situation.

I worked with him 2 times and got awarded a settlement, I was referred to him by several peoples and I referred several to him and they gotten good results. it's not how many people is on staff, it's what you are qualified to do. he is working on something for me know.
