Mediation 10%

Mediation can help you resolve disputes without going to court. In a mediation, a neutral third party (a mediator) meets with you and the person you disagree with. Mediators are trained to find mediation solutions in legal disputes, including contract and business disagreement mediation. The mediator acts as a facilitator, helping you negotiate until a solution is found. Mediation is the most informal process for dispute resolution and is usually much less expensive than going to trial.

Construction Law Genius

Don was successful at removing a mechanic’s lien on my home and evading litigation in a lawsuit brought against me by a residential contractor and his lawyer. Construction law is confusing and Don demonstrated expertise in that area as he left no page unturned and addressed every accusation filed aga...inst me (which were several) with swift, aggressive and thorough responses. Don’s dedication to my case was a humbling experience; he spent late nights and weekends collecting pertinent information to cover all bases, and in the end, it all worked to my favor, as I didn’t have to pay the opposing party a single penny. Don fought for my home as if it were his own and I will always be grateful that he took up my case.

Superb Work, very attentive and aggressive representation

Mr. Overton went above and beyond in my representation and kept me informed throughout and was successful in the matter. I would recommend him to anyone with a construction or real estate issue.

J.’s comment:

“An opposing attorney filed several pleadings and didn't forward a copy to this office and this caused my office to miss a filing deadline. The result was no fine and $100 in costs being assessed.”
