Cynthia Satterfield Moody

She was highly recommended and we only had a short amount of time before making a decision. I wish I had read the reviews on MANY pages about this woman. She lost information, did not present information given to her, she's biased and forgetful. Only listened to one parent, which did not help w...hen she was hired to REPRESENT THE CHILDREN! Do not hire this woman.

If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. I've been working in the court system for about 11 years with family court. I'm a father's advocate mainly. She is extremely bias and could gives a rats a** about anything the kids want nor will care what the father has to say. Ive been working a case f...or close to 3 years for a father and I've never been more appalled by an attorney or in this case an AAL. She not only put in court statements false information to make him look bad but never once even tried visiting his home to prove her false allegations against him. She met with the mother on multiple occasions for long lengths of time but never tried meeting with the father even with his multiple attempts to make it happen. She ignored all of his messages and even ignored messages from the children involved who are in an age category of being able to understand the situation in detail. If a judge tries to place her as your AAL, I would highly suggest you argue the situation and ask for someone else. If you are looking for an attorney, I would also strongly suggest you find someone who will actually care and be truthful. How this woman has not been disbarred, I will never understand.

I have hired Mrs. Moody in the past and wish I could have afforded to hire her again. She is honest, very knowledgeable, and aggressive in the court room. My only complaint is her lack of flexibility on payment arrangements. She has never asked for anything more than the retainer fee when I've hired ...her to take on my case. However, she requires the lump sum at once and that has cost her my business in the past to attorneys who are more flexible on payment arrangements. Mrs. Moody is a great attorney all in all though. I'd recommend her to anyone needing family law representation.
