Should not be a lawyer
Required to be paid upfront in full. Mr. Brackett did not return mulitple phone messages, disappeared without contacting me in any way. His paralegal assured me he had filed motions in my case but she disappeared too. He did not show up in court so I drove an hour to his office which had been deserte...

Useless!
Wanted to be paid up front, then did very little to argue my case. He seemed to be too involved with other cases to pay much attention to mine. He did not advise me well or in a timely manner. I would not recommend Mr. Brackett to anyone.
