Mr Herrod is a awesome attorney! He came highly recommended by a former client of his and ive known him for 10 yrs and he has handled several legal issues for me . Divorce , custody and issues concerning my moms estate when she passed . He handled them with complete professionalism. He always returne...d my calls in a timely manner .Even the little petty stuff after the divorce that I called him with , he took care of for me ..He was polite and always respectful. He was most impressive in the courtroom and I was more than pleased with the outcomes. I have referred several friends to him who are happy with him and his services .I highly recommend him and would never use any other attorney .

Mr. Herrod, supposedly a highly competent attorney failed miserably to listen to me or my wife concerning issues with some old checks, my business licensing and a traffic ticket I was contesting that happened during the course of my work. I HIGHLY recommend you choose a different attorney to work wi...th you. He is belligerent, arrogant, does not listen, personally embarrassed me in open court when I questioned the "deal" he had worked out. He would not return phone calls, did not show up in court when he agreed to and then when I tried to speak with him to clarify any misunderstandings he "fired" me.....wow.

This attorney did a terrible job he may as well been the other parties attorney. He failed to inform me of my child support order now im further behind. he would hardly even return my calls and when he did he would blow me off. He didn't do all what he was paid to do. What a rip off. I'm filing mis...conduct on this attorney I wouldn't recommend him on my last option.

We asked for guardianship of my son's 3 boys due to concerns we had. Not only did Mr. Herrod meet with us 3 times but offered counseling to our son and his girlfriend....He filed the case, followed through to win our case and sent correspondence to support our guardianship decree in case we encounte...r anyone who questions our authority or intent with regards to our grandsons. His assistant Kelly was also a valuable asset to our case.

Mr. Herrod handled a very unusual divorce for me. I am disabled and bedridden, on a fixed income. I had spent my money on an attorney that in the end, I found out was not an attorney and could not file any papers in court. Mr. Herrod came to my house and worked with me to complete the divorce. ...He and/or his Clerk came several times to my house to discuss the situation or to deliver papers. If he had not gone the extra mile for me, I don't know what I would have done. You can surely trust this one.
