I have even using Paul Herrod for the last 20 years in VARIOUS situations, I have always gotten the results I have wanted. Never 1 time have I had to worry or wonder what he was doing or where I stood with him or my case. He has always been very professional, courteous, and timely in doing everything... that had to do with my cases. Now if u are looking for an attorney that bs's u or works for free, then he is not the one. I will always go to Mr. Paul Herrod as long as he is in practice and will recommend him to all my friends and family to him.

Mr. Herrod, supposedly a highly competent attorney failed miserably to listen to me or my wife concerning issues with some old checks, my business licensing and a traffic ticket I was contesting that happened during the course of my work. I HIGHLY recommend you choose a different attorney to work wi...th you. He is belligerent, arrogant, does not listen, personally embarrassed me in open court when I questioned the "deal" he had worked out. He would not return phone calls, did not show up in court when he agreed to and then when I tried to speak with him to clarify any misunderstandings he "fired" me.....wow.

Please do not use this lawyer! Please search for professional misconduct on Paul Herrod before considering this lawyer. I made the mistake and it cost about $5,000 and not winning a very simple case. I then had to appeal and hire another lawyer, which in turn won the case. I will be filing charg...es against Paul Herrod and notifying the Arkansas Bar Association with charges for professional misconduct.
