Lee Deken Short

We hired Lee to represent me on a federal sentencing issue, after a really bad experience with another law firm. Lee was personable, kind, and professional. On the day of my sentencing he tried to calm my nerves by making small talk with me about tv shows and sports. While the outcome of my senten...cing was not what me or my family had hoped for, I felt Lee's pre-sentence memorandum was professional and well written and that his arguments in court saved me years of time in jail that the federal government tried to run up using enhancements. I will be using Lee to do my federal appeal and hope that his expertise will benefit me in this area. I highly recommend Lee Short. He is compassionate about his clients and has their best interests at heart. He is certainly a rising star in the legal field and just overall a nice person.
