Biography
Josh Gillispie is the founder of Gillispie Law Firm in North Little Rock, where he represents survivors of child sexual abuse in civil claims across Arkansas.
His practice is built around holding institutions accountable when they fail to protect a child. That includes churches and religious organizations, schools, daycares, youth sports programs, foster care placements and residential treatment facilities. Josh obtained the first significant monetary settlement against the Catholic Church in Arkansas, and the firm continues to bring claims against denominations, facility operators and youth organizations across the state.
These are civil cases, separate from any criminal proceeding. A survivor does not need a conviction, or even a criminal case, to bring one.
Josh handles matters statewide from the firm's office. Consultations are confidential and there is no cost.
