I hired law firm that was originally WH Law for my divorce It soon changed to Ar Law with John Butler in charge my first assigned attorney left firm aboht 3 mos into case then i was assigned another who left soon after , then another, and another . this was all without any notice to me and my... case was passed around and assignesd to other attorneys in the firm whilst never contacting or communicating anything to me . They woildnt return messages or phone calls no one communicates Nothing i asked for is /was considered or done , prep for court was non existant the cost is @ $10000 at this point and they are still auto drafting money ! I have requested for them to submit records of charges of servicea to no avail i will have to somehow hire another atty to get myself out of this mess they have me in i have been abused by the atty/clent relationship and am filing with the arkansas ethics commission asap this has absolutely been a traumatic experience with attorneys that are paid to represent and protect you absolute criminals!

He and his team honestly didn’t help me at all. We had such an easy case and they did nothing I asked. Hard to get a reply, never got any true prepping for my trial so I basically went in blind. I sadly have to hire a different lawyer to undo the mess he left. The worst part about it is that ...he never even communicated that he signed an order and his paralegals didn’t even know anything was filed! My EX actually emailed and said “your lawyer signed the order.” I would have never known anything without him telling me. How pathetic is that??? My defendant tells me what’s going on with my case, instead of the law firm I hired. Not to mention he signed something that was not anything I would agree to! Then I was told by his paralegal after I informed them of the order that was filed and she replied that they weren’t actually done with my case and that I would be hearing from them first thing after the weekend. I never heard from them. THEY ARE ALL LIARS. I would not expect anything you ask for if you hire this firm. Go ahead and take your thousands of dollars and just set them on fire. It basically is the same thing.
