Mr. O’Neil is an excellent attorney. He was very professional in handling my concerns. My case involved family property. He gave sound advice and explained all the pros/cons I would be facing. I only gave a one because i could not vi e a 0. I contact Attorney O'NEAL on 06/09/22, He was very rude from the start of the conversation. I was trying to explain the situation I had be left in financially after my husband just left me and my daughter homeless. Mr O'NEAL proceeded to tell me it ...was Friday a d he was trying to get out of the office so he did not want to hear my story. I further went on to try and explain the financial. Ind I had been faced to take and all he would say to me was that my husband and and I should split the proceeds check from the sell of our home and move on...NEVER in my life have I meet someone so unprofessional and rude to someone just seeking help....PLEASE do not contact this man!!!!

I contacted Bennie O'Neil on February 5 2021. I was inquiring about getting legal guardensip in regards to my mom's medical treatment. He asked for a letter from her physician stating that she was not able to make medical decisions on her own. I explained to him I'm not a resident of Arkansas. I also... explained my mom has two other children that lives in Arkansas but they are not involved with her. Bennie was very unprofessional and was ill prepared when speaking with me at what I was asking him to do. He treated me like I was asking him to provide me these services for free. I would not refer him to anyone! He needs to learn how to communicate effectively, listen carefully, and be respectful of people and their time.
