Hired him for my divorce case. Sent him a total of 1,150. This included the consultation fee and also a restraining order that he never filed. He does not communicate throughout the entire process and lies to make you think he’s doing anything. I wish I would have seen these reviews beforehand. I had... to get another attorney. He took advantage of my emotional distress and I have anxiety. I am filing a grievance against to sue for my money back and I suggest everyone who has anything negative to say about him do the same. He should not be able to cause stress to anyone else. I was hospitalized due to the stress.

Adam was very easy to hire, just send him the money, but then he is impossible to get in touch with. Doesn’t answer phone calls or Texts. He was hired to take care of a ticket, he had it pushed back time and time again for almost a year, approximately 1 week short of a year. I would have to call the... court office to get the status because Adam would not respond to my texts, or phone calls. Finally the last time I called the court they said I had a warrant for my arrest because I had a failure to appear. Do not hire Adam.

Very poor service. I would rate a 0 if it were possible. "Attorney" Adam Joseph Childers only responded promptly for payments otherwise he ignores phone calls and text regarding the actual case. When he does reply to text, he is always busy with something else. He stated he submitted a motion to dism...iss on my appeal but never sent me the confirmation that he actually did it and ignored my numerous request for the confirmation that he actually submitted it. Avoid choosing this person to represent you. I am very dissatisfied with my experience. I have reported dispute of charges to my bank and reported him and his law firm to the Better Business Bureau.
